The exercise program should include aerobic exercises because these types of exercises are very effective for fat burning and shedding those extra pounds. Aerobic exercises include activities such as running, swimming and bicycling. The key to aerobic exercises is finding an activity that makes the person sweat without running out of breath. When dieting and exercising are combined, it is the best way to lose weight while keeping the body and mind healthy.
